• International Orders: $15 Flat Rate on Select Countries

  We currently use International Tracked E Packet to deliver all our international orders to the countries listed below. All orders outside of Canada are provided tracking. Please allow 5-15 business days (excluding holidays) for your items to arrive. Please note, there may be additional delivery time due to the country's customs processing and postal service delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the above circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided after your order has shipped.

  Please note, our customers are responsible for all duties & taxes paid in accordance to their country. Please research prior to ordering as we are not responsible for duties or taxes charged to our clients.

We are certain you will love our lashes, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied - you may return them for a full refund minus shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 30 days upon receiving your order. Lashes must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. If you experience an item to be defective, please email us indicating your name, order number, and issue with the lashes. We may require images for assessment. If the product is deemed defective by us, you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement of the same item. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees required for the return. Packages returned back to MyFeathers.ca due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.

How do I proceed with a return?

To request a refund, please contact us at info@myfeathers.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you a RMF (return of merchandise form) outlining the steps for sending the lashes back to us.

How long does it take to process the return?

Upon receiving and inspection of the lashes, we will issue a refund immediately. You will receive an email from us confirming the refund. Please allow 14 days to see the refund back to your original method of payment.
